Recovery Coaching and Professionalism training equips Recovery Coaches and Peer Professionals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to represent themselves, their organizations, and the recovery profession with confidence and excellence.
This interactive 12-hour training explores the core principles of professional conduct, effective communication, role clarity, accountability, self-care, cultural responsiveness, and ethical workplace practices. Participants will strengthen their ability to build trusting relationships, navigate professional challenges, and uphold the values of recovery while maintaining healthy boundaries and a person-centered approach.
Through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and practical application, participants will gain tools that enhance credibility, confidence, and long-term success in the recovery field.
