What is COPA?
COPA is a trade association. We’re composed of treatment, prevention, harm reduction and recovery providers across the state.
We focus on three key areas: Providers, Policy and Workforce Development.

COPA is made up of a wealth of experience and knowledge that spans the continuum. From PHPs and inpatient treatment services, to syringe access, behavioral health consultation, prevention education and so much more!

We support our members through opportunities to work together, such as with workgroups in their areas of expertise, or through networking events.

Legislative Scorecard
Our top priorities are to protect Colorado’s behavioral health system from destabilizing cuts, preserve the Safety Net Providers, community-based organizations, and rural and frontier providers who anchor access statewide, and ensure the behavioral health workforce can continue delivering critical care to all Coloradans.
