 orkforceThis workshop is grounded in the current reality that is NOW. Loss
  of purpose\, social unrest and mental distress are all major factors in t
 he modern world where both decisions have to be made and actions taken at 
 a faster pace than ever before. As the roles of frontline workers continue
  to be refined and redefined\, it is pertinent that ethical standards rema
 in at the forefront of their daily practices.\n\nThis training will help r
 ecovery coaches\, social workers\, law enforcement\, fire departments\, co
 unselors\, EMTs\, nurses\, as well as other frontline staff\, recognize ho
 w ethics play a crucial part in their daily roles and help build upon thei
 r ethical capacities.\n\n* Virtual Training via Zoom. Computer and interne
 t connection required.During this workshop\, participants will:\n· Explor
 e their process of conscious formation\;\n· Formulate the creation of bou
 ndaries and identify their importance\;\n· Identify their personal set of
  values and figure how to internalize them\;\n· Model how ethical standar
 ds can bolster recovery for individuals\;\n· Review how ethics play a rol
 e in organizational as well as program design.\n\nThis training provides 6
  CEUs.\n\nThis course has been approved by CHOiCE RECOVERY COACHING \, as 
 a NAADAC Approved Education Provider\, for educational credits. NAADAC
