Any provider of alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention, intervention, treatment, or recovery services in Colorado, any managed service organization that has contracted with the state of Colorado for the provision of substance use disorder treatment, or any other Colorado organization interested in substance use disorder issues is eligible for membership in COPA.

Eligible organizations may join COPA by submitting an application for membership to the COPA Executive Committee. New members shall be approved for admission into COPA by a majority vote of existing COPA members.

COPA members enjoy a range of benefits including policy and legislative advocacy, timely updates about key issues affecting service providers, organizational capacity support, and efforts designed to improve service delivery to adults, youth, families, and communities struggling with substance use disorders.
