Testimonials

As a COPA member for decades, Signal is excited to see the commitment to an updated vision for the organization that meets the needs of the current environment of change and reform in behavioral health in Colorado.  COPA is made up of diverse members of many views, but we come together with strength and the authenticity of grassroots vision for meeting the needs of consumers and families.

-Daniel Darting, Signal

I joined COPA last year and it has provided a much-needed connection to state-level Substance Use & Behavioral Health work. This is especially vital for rural and frontier communities like mine, who often have limited access to care.
